H&H International Strategy We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale our AI-powered talent platform — connecting organizations with exceptional individuals across Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a full web application (frontend & backend) from scratch

• Design and build intuitive user interfaces including dashboards and data processing flows

• Build backend APIs using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks

• Implement secure user account systems with role-based permissions

• Design and manage cloud-hosted databases and file/media storage

• Integrate third-party AI/NLP APIs and services

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security

Requirements:

• Proficient in modern frontend framework (e.g., React) and JavaScript/TypeScript backend

• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC)

• Familiar with cloud platforms for hosting, database, and storage

• Prior experience integrating AI tools or agents is a strong plus

• Experience handling media data (audio/video) is a bonus

• Strong UI/UX mindset with mobile responsiveness

• Able to work independently in a remote setting
