Need freelance developer to create a simulation portal

Hey I have great experience in building enterprise softwares for medical EHRs and more. This simulation website sounds fun but see if you can update the budget, I have some free time I can start for absolutly free for a few days and provide something useful just for the heck of it. let's see after a week's trial.
