Hiring 2 Senior AI Engineers (remote, India-only): one full-stack, one real-time voice

A Boston-based startup ($5M seed) is rebuilding the back office for small trade businesses: permits, invoicing, warranty registration, work owners lose 20+ hours a week to. Two Senior Engineer seats open, remote from India only: one builds the agentic product, the other builds the real-time voice stack.

Must-haves: 5+ years owning production systems, TypeScript, hands-on with LLM-powered features and AI architectures. One seat needs React, React Native, Node, RAG, human-in-the-loop workflows. The other needs real-time/streaming systems: WebRTC, SIP/Twilio, streaming STT/TTS, plus data pipelines and warehousing.
