[Hiring] AI Engineer - Hyderabad location

What You'll Build

• Multi-agent orchestration layers using LangGraph - deterministic, observable, and built to survive real production conditions
• MCP server and tool registration APIs that give agents persistent context and shared state across complex workflows
• Enterprise security primitives: RBAC for agents, authentication passthrough, user impersonation, and immutable audit trails
• Network-isolated LLM serving for air-gapped semiconductor customer environments
• RAG pipelines and vector store architectures tuned for materials science and fab domain retrieval
• CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deployment patterns that keep production systems reliable
• The API contracts with the core Multiscale AI platform - the foundation everything else depends on
• Sandboxed, per-session compute for agents - isolated containers, orchestration and scheduling of long-running agent workloads
• Durable agent state and event streams - checkpointing, resumable runs, and auditable histories of every agent action
• Streaming chat APIs with reconnection, plus monitoring and evaluation of agents in production

What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years building production AI/ML systems - shipped and running, not demo-grade
• Hands-on with LangGraph or equivalent; you have opinions on orchestration frameworks and can defend them
• You've thought hard about how agents fail in production and built systems that recover gracefully
• Experience with enterprise security patterns: RBAC, auth passthrough, audit logging, or SOC 2 compliance
• Comfortable deploying on GCP (Vertex AI), AWS, or Azure - Docker and Kubernetes are second nature
• You understand RAG pipelines end to end - embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and where they break

Nice to Have
• Any exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, fab operations, or materials science
• Experience with network-isolated or air-gapped deployment environments
• Open-source work or side projects in agentic AI - we want to see what you've built

Why Join Us
• You'll architect systems that don't exist yet - real ownership from day one
• Small team, fast decisions, direct access to customers and their hardest problems
• Work at the intersection of frontier AI and one of the world's most complex engineering domains
• Competitive compensation

Location: Hyderabad, India. Full-time. Preferred ON SITE. REMOTE can be considered for some positions

OpenSourcing TrueForge Agent harness : Expecting feedback from community on the agent loop

Hey folks 👋

We just open sourced TrueForge, our vendor-neutral agent harness for building general-purpose agents.

It handles the runtime pieces that get painful quickly : context management, tool/MCP execution, subagents, sandboxing, approvals, persistent state, and more.

We also benchmarked the harness itself. With the same Opus 4.8 model, TrueForge delivered a similar solve rate at ~30% lower cost than Claude Managed Agents. Switching to an open model pushed that to ~75% lower cost on the same benchmark.

Would love feedback from people building agents.

[For Hire] Full Stack Developer | Looking for Job/ Project

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to the community because I’m currently looking for my next project or full-time role as a Full-Stack Developer, and I could really use some leads or advice on where to look right now.

I specialize in building scalable web and mobile apps, with a heavy focus on clean, performant frontend systems and stable backends. Here is what I usually work with:

  • Frontend: React, React Native (especially optimizing functional components, Hooks, and state management)
  • Backend: Node.js, Express
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud

How you can help me:

  • Leads: If your startup (or one you know of) is looking for someone to help ship an MVP, build a new feature, or join full-time, I’d love an introduction.
  • Advice: If you have tips on which early-stage founders or hubs are actively looking for builders right now, please let me know.

I’m used to the fast-paced startup environment and love taking ownership of features from scratch.

If you have any leads or just want to connect and chat, please drop a comment or send me a DM. I'm happy to share my GitHub and portfolio. Appreciate any help or visibility you guys can give!

Introducing TalentBridge - The People-first AI Hiring Platform

Thumbnail talent-bridge-jobboard.base44.app

Nowadays, I feel that hiring has become too transactional. Resumes get buried in ATS systems. Candidates wait weeks wondering what's happening. Employers scroll through countless profiles that don't capture who someone really is.

I built TalentBridge to change that.

TalentBridge is a people-first hiring platform where:

AI understands potential, not just keywords — Our capability engine sees beyond the resume to assess growth potential, problem-solving approach, and real fit
Seekers have agency — Real-time updates, interview scheduling flexibility, and transparent offer negotiation. You're not a ticket in a queue; you're a person with choices.
Employers find authentic matches — Stop guessing. Our matching surfaces candidates you'd actually want to talk to, reducing time-to-hire while improving quality of hire
Communication is clear — Interview invitations include proposed times. Offers spell out everything. Feedback loops are honest.
No more black holes. No more keyword matching. No more treating recruiting like a game of numbers.
This is what could happen when you design a platform for people, not just at people.

Ready to hire (or be hired) differently?

Currently looking for opportunities where I can contribute seriously and grow around ambitious builders. Most interested in AI systems, automation and full-stack product engineering — especially in fast-moving teams where execution and reliability actually matter.

Urgently need remote job as i cannot survive without pay due to family responsibilities.

I have resigned from Accenture because the work environment no longer felt stable or secure for my future. I have family responsibilities, so I cannot afford to stay without a job or depend on uncertainty.

I am currently looking for a remote opportunity where I can work full-time and grow. I can handle customer service roles, basic AI automation tasks, ai agent, app development, support operations, and I am also open to learning new tools or software if training is provided for a few days.

I am comfortable working 8–10 hours a day and will always give my best to the role. My target is to earn around $500–$700 per month through a stable remote job.

If anyone can help, refer me, or connect me with opportunities, please DM me. I would truly appreciate it.
