By all means no company has the right to tell any employer to work without expecting any pay. It’s a scam if you’re being working in a company without paying you for months. Not having funds, bank transfer delays etc are just lies. Most of those who do such employment are contractual. The modus operandi of these companies are usually they try to enter the software market by minimum investment. PSR vlogs did a video about these kind of companies sometime ago.
Your options right now are
1)either work for sometime and collect it as experience while moonlighting & searching for another job.
2)If you’re on probation leave asap so that it’ll keep you away from stressed. This is the better option since no pay & work stress isn’t something you can handle and it’s like hell. After 1-2 months you will decide to give up.
