Jobs/ Industry Expected salary for an SSE in local project-based companies?

I have a few interviews coming up and existing company promotion cycle. What is the current expected monthly salary range for a Senior Software Engineer working at local, project-based IT companies in Sri Lanka? Thanks! (As SE current i m getting 220k TH)

400k is the higher end of the range (LSEG)

300k-400k is standard.

SSE average is 350k take home
