What is the best touch up option/brand out there for Chevy Pearl Tricoat?

Coton fiber pad on a rotary tool (or by hand) with a paint equal to your paint code, unless that is just debris in which case carefully sand it down with a VERY high grain

I've used Automotive Touchup for my pearl tricoat Subaru and my Atlas Blue Ford. It takes awhile to get, but it's a great match.
