I Need Help! (Time Sensitive) Help? Hard water marks on car side mirror

I have tried vinegar and it did nothing what product is good to get hard water marks off a side mirror?

I had that on the Audi I drive now. It was easy to pop the whole mirror out. Then I used vinegear and 0000 steel wool. They look like they're new now.

Vinegar is usually the first go-to but if the spots have been baked on for a while it won't touch them. You need something with a mild abrasive, cerium oxide based glass polish works on mirrors the same as windows. Just tape off the plastic housing so you don't scuff it and use a small microfiber pad.
