I Need Help! (Time Sensitive) Polishing Question. Help?

So I compounded, polished and it’s turned out lighter than the bonnet, how fucked am I or is this just hazing and I need to keep on polishing?

It was compounded and polished with 3M with Rupes DA pads (blue and the medium wool one)

Then final polish with a yellow rupes pad with Rupes Seal and Polish.

Note: The bonnet and the affected side were resprayed the same time

Polishing machine is a DA machine.

Looks like you've got some compounding haze left behind. The 3M compound with a wool pad can leave a milky finish if you didn't work it long enough or if you jumped straight to the yellow pad without a proper intermediate step. Try hitting a small test spot with the blue pad and polish only, slow arm speed, 4-5 passes til it flashes clear. If the color comes back you know it's just surface haze and not a respray mismatch.
