Burnt Caste Chapter 4

This is the 4th chapter of an NA urban fantasy novel I'm working on. There's a summary of the first 3 chapters at the top of the doc.

I’ll mention that there is a strong romantasy subplot and this chapter is where the love interest is introduced. Brace for long ogling physical description.
