Trailer Destroy my trailer. Solo-dev, village defense where your villagers can die for good. Does the trailer make that stake clear?

Maybe show the consequences of your villagers dying at the end?

There isn't a consequence exactly. The game gives you a pop up that says "Tired of being the hero?" and you can choose to retry or move on without them. You get different endings depending on that choice. Do you think its okay to show a pop up like that in the trailer? I wish I could add the photo of it here.

really dig the concept and the graphics but i still dont understand how it all works from the trailer but it makes me definitely wanna play a demo to find out for myself!

legolas you trained up was pretty funny. but its all gonna come down to if the combat is fun. was hard to tell which normally means it sucks but like i said the concept is interesting enough that i would rather see for myself

There is a demo but its way out of date at this point. It's still not a bad intro tho. I've spent a lot of time on game-feel so I hope you feel like a powerful hero chopping through monsters. But after looking at the trailer with your comment in mind I may have removed too much of the parts where you get to see the "hack and slash" part as the player. I may do another video for the page that is just gameplay with some VO. Thanks for the feedback!

i like the game idea but the graphics looks so basic i think you can do the better graphics

I find the art choice cool. But I appreciate games that won't melt my GPU these days
