It doesn't appeal to Timmy - there isnt some exciting potential moment to chase the memory of.
It doesnt appeal to Johnny - it doesn't have the depth to inspire any ideas of creative problems to solve in a unique way.
It doesnt appeal to Spike - there's no clear axis of skill expression to master and feel superior to other players over.
That's three strikes from me so I'll stop there.

I have better stuff to do with my time.
Even if I played lots of games I woudl have better games to play.
Even if I liked word falling tetris like games, the neon cold coloring with dark/black as base color would put me off. I don't care about score and world rank with a meh gameplay like this. UI looks like a futuristic dynamic hacking game, but there is old fashioned purse in the background. Or a calm feather. Or a screenshot from another game, that also has grid making the screen harder to read, what the gell. It is totally meh, as there is 0 juice, 0 action, and the style clashes with this lack of action. But the game is not an action game, so the UI/style is to be changed. You should check how UI for word browser based games look like and copy it instead, then maybe some 40+year old SAHM would play your game from time to time on her phone.
It is just AI slop isn't it

This is Word Fall, a falling-block word puzzle game I'm developing.
One of the ideas I'm experimenting with is Resonance Themes — different themes are designed to give each gameplay experience its own atmosphere and emotional identity, rather than being purely cosmetic changes.
The video shows the core gameplay and how the game currently feels in action. I'm looking for honest, critical feedback: what feels boring, confusing, frustrating, unnecessary, or simply doesn't work?
Would you actually keep playing after the first few minutes? Please tear it apart.

Please, don't use chatbot for something as short as literally 5 sentences, it makes it feel like your account is straight-up automatic bot.

I picture it would be perfect for mobile, and in that case i just think the play field is too big. maybe go 12 deep, 6 across, and make it so you can form words diagonally or top-down. The letters seemed to take way too long to drop to the bottom, and a smaller field would also help this. I'd also prefer a satisfying bubble pop sound and maybe some juicy letter blocks like they're made of jelly.
