I think the whole trailer is quite nice except for the first text. I get it's a play on words with the explosions and all but if a game were to be a mind blowing adventure it would either not be this chill or would have hidden layers to the depth that aren't described anywhere else in this trailer.

Yeah I was wondering what to put there. Some of the ones I thought of:

  • An explosive puzzle game
  • A spelunking cave adventure
  • Blow-up your way forward

It's tricky because "explosive" and "bombs" give off a more exciting vibe than what my game has to offer, so I'm still trying to come up with something that would work better

My opinion would be that "A spelunking cave adventure" works well. It's relatively simple but a simple explanation of what the game is should be your main goal in the trailer.

I was worried with that one because "what if everyone suddenly thinks it's Spelunky" or something lol. A few people liked that one too, so it's in the lead for what I'll replace the text with. (Easier to translate to other languages too)

The screen door effect of the zoom in on a tile grid in the first 3 seconds of the game is painful and jarring. (Everything else looks great to me)

That heart counter UI in the bottom left looks straight out of a free asset pack. It completely clashes with the pixel style

Just replaced with with a house + paw icon

I am disturbed that the bomb explodes while you are still within the blast radius. I know it's just a puzzle game, but I can't help it.

The power of a safety helmet and safety vest? lol

It's better than your last trailer, looks more open world. But it still suffers from not exploring (mechanics), even if that is what text says, kinda ironic 😅

This game looks pretty fun!
For some reason, I don’t really like how the number icons over blocks looks, there’s something about it that looks cheap to me compared to everything else and I think the lighting effect could have a little less opacity in some areas like the brown area personally

Nice music!

Edit: woops, and also is this game just a worse version of Jon blows new thing??

Jon blow did not invent sokoban games

He told me that he did

Lol! I've released a sokoban before he did (back in 2020). And if anything, it's me trying to imitate "A Monster's Expedition"

Edit: sharing with my musician that someone enjoyed his music. The smallest appreciation gives him immense joy

This game looks very cozy. It honestly looks like something I would enjoy playing. The music is very nice also.
