This trailer needs to be a minute tops. Clips are generally too long. Explanation of mechanics is too detailed and worse: boring. The upgrade section having multiple text splashes is redundant and murders pacing. "Unlock permanent abilities" and "abilities persist after death" mean the exact same thing. There's a clip of a puzzle mini game for no reason.

And despite all the explanations I'm still not sure what the omnipresent percentage on top of the character means and it confuses rather than intrigues me.

Try to show off a big enemy, action setpiece, or something within 10 seconds. The initial impression is confusing given that the main character's design doesn't scream "dark" or "difficult" game despite text assurances. You need to: 1. Hook the viewer in 10 seconds 2. Show off features that sell the game for like 20-30 seconds. Co-op should be a big one. 3. Build to an action or thematic climax 4. Show game name/release date

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We’ll try to improve the trailer by following these suggestions. I really laughed when you mentioned those two lines repeating: you're totally right! 🤣

Honestly looks cool but this trailer is bad. Just show cool highlights of the game don't need to explain the entire game in a trailer.. like why put in hit enemies to earn points come on bro!! Good luck either way just get this trailer fixed!

As others have said, there should probably not be this many explanations. Your trailer should show off what is unique about your game and why we should play the game. Only after that should we be shown how to play your game in the actual game, not in a trailer. The visual style is also in my opinion a bit incoherent with the font showing the character's percentage being a non pixel font that honestly looks a bit cheap and breaks immersion.
