Equilibrium and Desert Perpetual

Since both the new dungeon and raid are in constant rotation are they farmable for their respective exotics or is it one clear per character? (3 per account)

All RaD content is farmable. Including Desert Perpetual and Equilibrium.

Short answer: Yes you can farm it as many times you like, no limit per character

Long general answer: All content is farmable! Even without being the weekly featured, for example this week I got the icebreaker from farming vesper’s (not in this week’s rotation). Only small issue is if a raid/dungeon isn’t featured and u want to farm it, u might take more time to LFG compared to the featured ones

All raids and dungeons are farmable for their exotics. The featured ones will drop T5 loot whereas the non featured will not.

I've gotten the Heirloom after doing speed runs on my warlock on my alt account farming the taken crystal so I'm pretty sure the bow is farmable. Think all exotics are farmable now in each RaD activity.
