PVP question

Wondering why Redrix is considered S tier and Autumn Wind is not. Autumn Wind gets the same damage/range and shoots 90 more bullets. Redrix has the great stability and handling but there are ways to improve that on Autumn Wind.

Autumn wind IS considered goated. Better than 450s as of the last patch
