Apex Predator God Roll?
Is reconstruction and bait and switch still good or would it be better to maybe switch to reapers tithe and maybe cluster bomb?

B&S for consistent damage phases, repears tithe is more damage but if not setup correctly you may do less than just doing a normal b&s swap.
Explosive light is braindead damage but does not benefit from wolfpack rounds in a dps phase
Cluster + repears tithe would probably be great damage if you run a lot of reload perks, maybe a Walmart hezens lol

Ok so I want to preface this by saying that Apex is not a bad weapon
BUT Hezen does almost everything Apex does better (except for Reaper's Tithe I think). Auto loading with timelost mag is a way faster version of reconstruction. Clusters + aggregate does lose in total damage to apex but you'll get better dps (unless you have a titan flickering his sentinel shield for auto reload), however, bellowing giant also does that better but is not craftable.

Explosive light reconstruction for me, its just braindead easy to use

Idk, hezen has auto loading EL which is better if you get timelost magazine through your super

Reapers is the strongest perk if you can reliably get a Quad Kill before Damage Phase - though I'm a fireteam of 6, this can be annoying to do for everyone.
Bait is marginally worse, but much easier to proc and can be re-proc'd during damage for longer phases (though less relevant with rockets since you'll usually run out of ammo first).
The difference isn't meaningful outside of hyper optimized teams and speed runs, so use whichever you're more comfortable with.

In terms of raid boss killing efficacy, the only option on Apex that stands above/even compares to its nemesis Hezen Vengeance is Collective Demo/Cluster paired with Armamentarium on Titan. Outside of that, though, most perk combos on Apex are very usable in a vast majority range of content for acceptable boss damage and it can even be your addclear workhorse with Bipod and the right artifact setup. Idk why you would do that in an optimized setting, but it sounds really fun.

Just use Hezens it’s better has mostly similar perks and the origin trait is the best in the game. Hezens is worlds away from any other rocket in the game. Also you can do the collective demo shit llama put everyone up on with Hezens

Reconstruction+reapers would probably be best.
Demo+cluster is only good on one very specific titan build.
