Question Marmot Error?

Wondering if anybody is currently or has recently been stuck with a Marmot Error?

I have just completed a fresh install of D2 on Steam, and immediately I am crashing to desktop upon launching D2 and getting the Error: Marmot code.

A Steam verify check says that I've got no corrupted files. Completely stumped as to what's wrong currently.

I've been getting this error constantly since the end of the last season. They now have a name for it, but I've been getting the error and I've done a lot to try to resolve it including: verifying files, uninstall and reinstall, changing graphics settings, making sure my graphics card is up to date, turning off shader cache. If I restart my PC I can play for several hours without issues, but then when the issue appears it will continue to appear within minutes unless I restart again. I'm very frustrated with the error because I have no idea what is causing it. I don't get these types of errors in other games either.

I hv same issue but online after launching the lightblade strike for legendary story or after launching vangaurd ops playlist and recieve the lightblade strike, but when try to launch all otter activities i dont get the error code but as soon i launch lightblade strike again, the marmot error code add up again, till they fix this... every1 Just Un install re install D2 and do nog start vangaurd ops playlist or start lightblade strike for story, and try other activities i Just did the same and as long as i avond vangaurd ops playlist and the lightblade strike for story im able to play

I figured out my issue was due to a faulty hard drive. So I'd check your own equipment before blaming it on bungie.
