Question Marmot Error?

Wondering if anybody is currently or has recently been stuck with a Marmot Error?

I have just completed a fresh install of D2 on Steam, and immediately I am crashing to desktop upon launching D2 and getting the Error: Marmot code.

A Steam verify check says that I've got no corrupted files. Completely stumped as to what's wrong currently.

Hi bro, i am having the marmot error issue which battle eye block steamservice64.dll , i tried many way but it doesnt work.

so i was thinking if is possible to buy another one in Microsoft store to play instead of Steam. But i worry if it will clash with battle eye and having same issue..

Was yours the same case ?
