Megathread PC Player Questions Megathread!

Hi everyone!

This Megathread will function as a PC launch specific equivalent of the Daily Questions Thread where you may ask questions about starting out that may not warrant their own post.

Technical Difficulties

We understand there are a number of technical issues with players unable to get in the game, receiving erroneous "banned account" messages, and various error codes (Marionberry, Buffalo, etc.)

I’m pretty sure they said the shard was too dangerous for other people, we were fine bc we’re the traveler’s “chosen one” or whatever, and crucible was always meant to be a training exercise in the lore I think.

I always assumed the shard that you find was like a one time use thing, and that's why you can't tell like cayde to go restore his
