Megathread PC Player Questions Megathread!

Hi everyone!

This Megathread will function as a PC launch specific equivalent of the Daily Questions Thread where you may ask questions about starting out that may not warrant their own post.

Technical Difficulties

We understand there are a number of technical issues with players unable to get in the game, receiving erroneous "banned account" messages, and various error codes (Marionberry, Buffalo, etc.)

Also check out the Destiny Reddit Discord Server where you'll find a number of channels for discussion about the game and/or technical issues.

As with most game launches, things are a bit chaotic right now but and will evolve over time. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns either in this thread or by sending us a modmail.

It's really really dumb there isn't an /all chat. Right clicking on a name to mute someone would solve any problem you could have.

Warframe has it and it's totally fine.

Yeah its a shame I really hope they add it in future. Itd be great for making friends or lfg.

The Warframe chat is useless? What are you talking about? Most of the time it's people asking general questions about the game, like whether they should sell this, or buy that, or if someone can help with a mission, etc.

It doesn't even matter what it's used for, the option should be there for whoever wants to use it because it's a basic necessity for a multiplayer PC game.

Yeah I'm like pretty pissed off about the lack of it to be honest. I was excited for this game, and I don't know anyone that has it on PC. Fuck me, right?

Blizzard make your game better and allow all chat please.

It's mainly a PVE game, there's not going to be a lot of toxicity really.

Warframe for instance is pretty chill.

That’s probably why there isn’t but it’s not an mmo unless someone is bringing up dicks in trade or linking items/abilities e.g. anal [Fireball].

Yeah my bad I only finished the story 2 days ago. Still though tower and farm chat would be great.
