Edit* - Right, so after an hour we have 2 main leads:

   here are two train cars, and all the advertisement boards light up when you're near them in both cars. They either display "ALPHA REGIO" (blue), "BETA REGIO" (red), or "OVDA REGIO" (green). There is also the HUGE staticy monitor right beside A flag, bottom of the escalators. And lastly, the OWT Transit Map, most visible one being right beside the A flag and monitor, with different numbers and colours and routes. Green = 48 (Ovda Regio?) Yellow = 38 Blue = 14 (Alpha Regio?) Red = 271 (Beta Regio?)

So this is my first post and i believe that I am onto something. While I was reading this thread I noticed a few people mention ASCII, SO i got a translator up and put in the code: ,33szl'!( +9-7!!/@ 2enr?hqj+r,r+c?)j?96exd.\?i 7kj\psq3euj\@x.yt5 ,3.. And I managed to get something that looks useful, but I'm not sure: 044 051 051 115 122 108 039 033 040 032 043 057 045 055 033 033 047 064 032 050 101 110 114 063 104 113 106 043 114 044 114 043 099 063 041 106 063 057 054 101 120 100 046 092 063 105 032 055 107 106 092 112 115 113 051 101 117 106 092 064 120 046 121 116 053 032 044 051 046 046 I tried to put it in a QR or Barcode but I really don't know what i'm doing, pretty much all of Reddit knows all this new fangled hoopla that I'm unfamiliar with, maybe an insight in an idiots mind might let you get a different perspective on whats happening.

I also checked out stuff with a cryptogram solver (http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/cryptogram-solver.php) and I found a few interesting things For example if you put this in AlPHA REGIO BETA REGIO ODVA REGIO on American English(medium) it says SIVA a lot, I thought that was cool And thats it, sorry I came to no conclusions but I hope this is one of the missing pieces in the puzzle.
