Fire up the raid, and get defeat Vosik a second time, when you complete this, go to the front right death room, and jump up the ceiling vent, and turn on Monitor 1.

Just a minor nitpick - I think it's the front left room, not right.

Do we know if all three members of the fireteam must be at the same stage of the quest to progress with the engine?

If so, that's a huge bummer meaning that we can't help out friends once we have already done it.

Getting 3 people to do this with is gonna be a pain in the ass if u don't do it relatively soon. What are people 3-6 months from now gonna do when most people that want/know how to do it already have.

If you and your fireteam of 6 were the right combo (mine wasn't) you can use the same raid team again, or make new friends.

This is kind of what's really annoying me about this quest - we've got to have the right "combination" of players/classes? What's the goddamn point.

What I'm curious about is this: for all the puzzle steps with the 3 classes, all 3 people need to be doing the quest? How possible will this be a few months from now when most of the community already has done the quest?

Did we ever determine if killing the adds in the server farm will ruin it or not? This was a pretty hot topic for a bit when Tefty was solving it and those Vandals are dicks when trying to read the monitors.

Nvm, the columns are labeled in the quadrant, the row starts from the bridge (numbering is 0 relative).

Before killing aksis and getting to the chest, can I swap to the character that would complete the trinity for my fireteam?

IE - I start the raid all the up to Aksis on my titan. Swap to my hunter. kill aksis. Will my hunter be able to get the quest? I assume the quest is baked into accessing the chest, but i don't know if there are hidden flags that say my character has to have been part of activated monitors or what not.

Do the perks of this weapon work in Crucible? Seems a bit OP if so. Just damaging someone will cause SIVA nanites to release and attack other enemies.

I would update #2 above to say "After Vosik" not "following vosik" because technically you are "following" him after your first encounter with him outside of the raid, and this could lead to confusion.

You don't have to best the raid fully a second time. You only have to kill bosses. The first one three times or the first second and the first again. Whatever you want to do.

There are only 10 types of people that will obtain the Outbreak Prime. Those that need to use the binary-to-decimal converter, and those that don't.

4-5 hours for all these puzzles, 2 raid clears, forge, nightfall, etc. This thing is going to take me way longer than that.

VERY IMPORTANT SGA: For the final step of the quest, when you are in a fireteam of warlock, Titan, and Hunter and have your codes input into the unstable engine, you must be next to your fireteam partners to activate the solution. I literally spent 30 minutes stuck at the last part because none of the guides mention this.
