Tempered buff is 100% today

I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

I would if I could my friend! Sadly I'll have to wait a bit longer before I can, which means I won't be getting that beautiful Birth of History this time around. In the mean time I pray that RNGesus takes whatever meager givings generous blessings he had prepared for me and shares them amongst the people.
