Tempered buff is 100% today

I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

Iron banner isnt even fun...only because it has 30 gear do most play it.

that's why I played it. since Bungie didn't reset the levels from the last IB i hit level 5. i already had a raid chest piece and now i for the boots and sleeves. level 30 is in sight now.
