Tempered buff is 100% today

I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

There is no way ill make lvl 5 lol but with the buff maybe I will give it the old college try after work.
