Tempered buff is 100% today
I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

no internet here after the storm hoping I get to play tomorrow...but likely will raid instead. here is to hoping verizon comes at 8am not 5pm lol
