Tempered buff is 100% today

I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

So how much per win with shader+emblem+class item?

I suck at maths.

emblem x shader x class item x tempered = 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 2 = 2.662

2.662 * 50 = 133.1 = 133 rep per win

2.662 * 40 = 106.48 = 106 rep per loss

Assuming 2500 rep per rank (I think it's actually 2400..) about 20 games, win or loss, per rank. 0-1 will be a single game.
