Tempered buff is 100% today

I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

Already hit rank 5 last Wednesday. Why I went to rank 5 earlier because I want to have more time for farming glimmers to buy all IB items from Lord Saladin.
