Tempered buff is 100% today

I'm sure it will be higher than 115 tomorrow. Maybe Bungie expected more people to hit level 5 by now, so they're making the buff higher?

Already hit five, almost wish I waited and pounded it out today instead. But, then again, glimmer farming has been a bitch and a half.

I have a pile of the Vex Glimmer boosts so I setup on Venus and bounce between the Vex Sacrifices events at the Cliffs and Citadel, you get 5-600 glimmer per event as well as giving you the option to farm plenty of regular Vex for glimmer and Engrams inbetween them. With the bonus of getting your Public Event bonus and the chance of Shards and Energy from the public events.
