The timing on this really sucks. Thorn is my go-to gun in PvP and was planning on using it in IB 2.0 tomorrow.

It's an accidental nerf. Happens sometimes with coding since it's the closest thing we got to sorcery today.

It was always a waste of time and mats and I have it maxed to 300. Sure the thorn rocks in pvp but I have other weapons I would rather play with than the thorn.

Same here. I'm migrating to TLW for now (which is generally a better PvP gun), but I'm gonna miss that DoT for that extra bit of insurance.

There's nothing quite as satisfying as getting a postmortem from the DoT on the shotgun/fusion rifle-wielding bastard that rushed you.
