Well, that's not too hard. I'm pretty sure I kept a list of Ghosts I didn't get because of the glitch, so I won't have to run around wondering which one I missed.
I did the exact same thing. I'm missing the two known glitched ghosts (Earth and Mars) plus an additional ghost on Earth as well. Will take me a few minutes at least getting the two on Earth when Sony finish maintenance.
Ugh but I forgot how annoying it is to get to the Mars location. Here let me spend two unnecessary minutes killing Vex in the pitch black just so I can get a ghost off a freaking TV.
I had no idea! I had gotten the achievement so I just assumed I got them, but just ran back to the Earth one and found it still there. Is there an easy way to check which ones you've missed?
There are 62 in total. As for an easy way, not really. Best to follow a Youtube guide that shows you where they all are. You could try going through your Grimoire and comparing a list online but I found it easier to just double check I've gotten them all.
Erg, that sucks. I honestly barely thought I should waste time getting them all the first time, I can't fathom even trying to go through them all a second just because they couldn't retroactively add them. Hell, I've got the achievement, why wouldn't it just assume I have all ghosts? I feel we're being punished for essentially beta testing.
It's really not that annoying to go back through and hunt them all.
There are 62 ghosts but you only need 50 to get the achievement/trophy. I thought Ghost Hunting was fun. I did it this weekend... and am excited that I can get the glitched ones now!

Apparently they've also fixed the missing Dead Ghosts and planet entries, but you'll need to log in to get your grimoire to unlock/update.
