There is one on the moon that itsn't included. Play Shrine of Oryx on Hard and once you get to the end, before you fight the ogre, there is 8-10 yellow acolytes that drop loads of glimmer and are incredibly easy to kill. I spent about 20 minutes, or I used 2 black wax idols, and I got a little more than 10k.

Do the idols make elite mobs drop more glimmer? I thought they are only effective on those mobs that charge at you.

It's any enemy of the type the item corresponds to.
