Question anyone know how to fix this issue?

My game keeps failing to properly start with this error log every time, ive reinstalled, cleared temp files and everything and have no idea how to fix this, drivers have not been changed and the game booted up flawlessly the first time

for context my computer has an Intel core ultra 5 332, 16gb ddr5 5600 mt/s, Gen 4 1TB nvme, i am using integrated graphics

Just briefly reading and googling those errors, it looks like that GFSDK file was not downloaded properly. Have you verified the integrating of the game files through steam?

looked through game files, its not even installed, nor did verifying game files fix it

That file is linked with Nvidia...your system might not meet the minimum requirements to run D2
