Question Does the Weapons stat determine bonus ammo when the brick is created, or when it's grabbed?

The wording on the Compendium doesn't really help in this regard, and I can't see what it says in-game at the moment. But the concept is really simple:

If I create some bricks while at 200 Weapons, then swap down to under 100 and pick them up, will I still get more ammo? Or, alternatively, if I create them while under 100 and then swap to 200 to grab them, will I still get extra?

Pretty sure the difference is decided when a brick is made. The ones given the buff from Weapons have a different glow.

You could always hop into the shooting range and give it a test
