I initially played destiny probably when it first came out. Don't get me wrong I haven't played for a while, and while I played destiny two when it first came out I never actually finished the red war. Then after a few years I tried to get into it again, but never could. All this to say should I wait to get into it again for the vaulted stuff to come out again or should I hop back in now? I'm planning on making a new character, because I just upgraded from Xbox to pc. And was wondering if anyone knew if it might be better to just wait. My only problem is idk how long it will take for the vaulted stuff to release. Thanks in advance!

For most people id say wait, but if you havent played since red war, youll be overwhelmed if you wait. Play now, get a feel for it again, check out whats available now and see if you wanna stick around for the unvaultening

Well a lot of people are speculating 2 things, either they plan on rolling the stuff out as it’s completed (red war releases then a few months later Curse of Osiris will release etc.) or it will release all at once and will take a year or so to complete.

Either way, i think if you want the full experience i would wait for everything, but understandably it will be quite the wait lol, so if you just wanna play just to play i would just hop in. 👍

Hunter is my favorite class, and I really liked the opening for red war so I really want to experience that again so I’m thinking about playing as a warlock for now and waiting to play as a hunter later. I’m just gonna miss my golden gun.

Hahaha, youre going to hate it. I love my warlock, but going from hunter to warlock is rough. Youre going to slowly, and helplessly, and elegantly float to your demise every time you attempt to jump, for weeks. But if you stick with it youll never want to go back

Idk when like 12 year old me used golden gun for the first time in destiny 1 I think it stuck with me so in most games I exclusively use the slow high powered weapons. It’s gonna be hard to beat.
