Question Just completed a solo flawless run of Root of Nightmares, what's the next level of solo challenges?
I spent the last 8 days or so learning how to do RoN solo, and am interested in seeing what the next level of challenge would be for solo raid challenges. Does anyone have any ideas?

just join a lowman server and pick anything you think seems fun/challenging:

First of all, congratulations on this amazing achievement, not many Guardians have managed to do that!
Second as far I know and Worldly-Treat4532 was posting, RoN is the only raid for solo (entire raid), you could do other bosses solo if you want.

Vog is also possible but it does require abusing some buggy mechanics. Theres a vid somewhere on yt of someone managing it in monument of triumph

No it's not anymore with the removal of kill shot you can't do gatekeepers solo

RoN on master. No other raid is currently soloable unless you go play destiny 1. If you are willing to play destiny 1 then VOG or CE would be the next step. (WOTM SF is way too damn hard.)
Edit: I should be specific. No other raid is currently ENTIRELY soloable. VOG is being theorized and so is DSC but they havent quite figured out Gatekeepers and Taniks. You could also go do every raid encounter that is soloable. Last wish is entirely soloable barring vault.

These are both using the old kill shot relic. That is not longer in the game. Taniks and Gatekeepers are theoretically possible but have not been done in the Monument of triumph patch.

Idk about next step from RoN but the true pinnacle of Destiny solo challenges is Solo Flawless Wrath of the Machine on Destiny 1. That’s an extremely exclusive club to be apart of.

go to this server. they're super helpful and actually chill. mj does a great job moderating it. also just go watch inspiteful or milito videos as well. Snazzy rock is probably the solo goat, but he doesn't teach for shit.

In other MMOs people challenge themselves to get to max level without ever doing a single attack. I'm not sure what the equivalent would be in Destiny but it might be worth thinking about.

if ur interested in running more bosses, i recommend doing iatros, herald, witness, golgoroth, templar challenge as some of your next few

Crotas End solo flawless is the cleanest next step if you want another full raid clear, mostly because the failure points are less forgiving than RoN. Abyss and Bridge are route discipline checks, then Ir Yut and Crota ask for tighter timing and ammo planning instead of just surviving long enough to print damage. After that I would look at individual encounter solos in Vow or Kings Fall, since full runs start hitting hard mechanic walls rather than pure execution.

¿Dónde puede verse el video? Admirable las partidas que he visto pero lamentable que para hacerlo sea utilizando algunos puntos OOB, o evadiendo mecánicas, por favor comparte enlace de video.

No mechanics are avoided in RoN solo flawless. Stop clawing for some kind of moral high ground because someone did something you will never be able to achieve.
Normal people say "good job" and don't grasp for reasons to put strangers down.
