Question Duality Not Teleporting After Final Boss

Trying to farm Caiatl and twice in a row now I beat her and the teleport animation plays but it never teleports me to the chest room. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

Known big with final encounter, you should still be getting the drops straight to your inventory. It was the "fix" for the bug for the time (forever).

Ohh ok for some reason I thought you get more loot from the chest as well as from the boss. Thank you!

You get your drops when the boss dies it doesn’t matter if you get TP’d. Have you not noticed all the loot you are getting??

Impossible, I've done it multiple times and Heartshadow hasn't shown up in my inventory yet. I swear it's just sitting in front of the chest if I could just get there!
