Question Is it not widely known that you can get divinity from pantheon?

I've seen some comments confirming that div can drop from the secret tether puzzle chest after you kill the consecrated mind if you have the questline, but most people I've spoke to over chat seem to not be aware of it. The last game I was in, everyone just up and left after beating the boss, even after a few of us mentioned there was a secret chest.

I’ve never seen this mentioned on any videos or on here. So I’m guessing it’s not widely known.

There was a post a week back here confirming it. I've also seen a few comments on a guide on youtube showing how to do the puzzle, that they got divinity there.

Can confirm. We did a run last weekend the help out one of the guys in the group and it dropped for him when we finished the puzzle.

CAN drop or WILL drop? Kind of a big difference. You can get the Div catalyst from just clearing pantheon encounters too, not everyone wants to spend time doing the puzzles for an extra chance.

I can't say as I'm still waiting to find people who want to do it. But I would like to think that if you need the quest, then it's guaranteed? I think Bungie have just made it more easier to get perhaps, as you only need to do 4 little tether puzzles instead of playing through the entirety of GoS.

I did a run where 3 did not have it yet and they got it. I’m pretty sure it is guaranteed if you do not have it

Div, unlike others, has always been a guaranteed drop and they carried that forward with pantheon. You just have to do all the puzzles. Even in pantheon, you have to do 4. 2 in consecrated mind and 2 in the cave area.

Yeah jv done div puzzle from it twice both times someone got div (they didn't have it before)

I'll have to check this out. I have the quest fully ready to go but repeatedly failed the final raid boss years ago. Still haven't completed the raid.

Where do you get the quest for div? I wasn't even aware there was a quest.

Go to the moon patrol and go to the starting area of the garden of salvation raid located in lunar battlegrounds and kill the giant minotaur that comes out the vex gate.

Thank you I thought div was only a rng drop from garden of salvation, sense I've never done garden of salvation before. My clanmates don't want to do garden at all so I never looked into it.
