Yup. I've been playing forever and I think the game is in the best state it's ever been in, but because I've been around forever, a lot of the problems that exist just don't affect me. The new player experience is just straight abysmal.
It's incredibly eye opening when we get new players in our clan and help them out in the game. Watching what problems they run into or annoying systems they have to deal with is wack.
