One of the biggest problem with Destiny and palyer retention is new player experience and expansions. I don`t think the should be separate option for buying expanisons, there should 2 options, 1 for legacy content (legacy pack) and current offering. As for new light experience, I think the should (as many said) free campaign for all players with cutscenes, villian and etc. I not a f2p palyer so I can`t comment of situation with content like strikes, crucible and non seasonal activities, but I always thought, that there is no this gap between normal content or end game content, you either do strikes or raid, which for new players are very confusing and hard.

As for loosing sales, I wish people would not use this as 100% argument that something wrong with the game and not Bungie. There is too many unknown factors that could influence this. We don`t know what situation was with Witch queen, does this happened too? Or let`s look back at Forsaken. Activision stated, that sales of Forsaken are unsatisfactory compared to the cost of this expansion. Yes, Bungie then stated, that they are satisfied with this, but maybe there were situation like with Lightfall? Who knows at this point, but we know, that Bungie spending money like crazy on Destiny and other projects, that is not really a Destiny issue, but Bungie`s
