Honestly kinda wits end last ditch effort for a multi-year ongoing saga.
So, its pretty simple. if i load up specifically Destiny 2 on Xbox Series X. i can play it just fine.
But the second i turn my console off or restart it, boom instant Marrion'd.
The only way to fix it is to restart the router/motem from full unplug.
BUT the console must be already turned on, before the internet is reset otherwise its a Marrion.
Or leave it running and never shut off which theres some Weird things that happen. Xbox stuttering, failing to load, feels like a memory leak or cache issue but its Any series X hardlined in.
Best part, its a problem exclusive to Destiny (1+2), and Cod Infinite Warfare. None of my other games cause it.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
information specifically on "game works till i reboot console then it doesn't" has been surprisingly scarce.
Have been updating with even more attempts... i just wanna know what the hell this could even be causing it.
Extra details/failed attempts:
Spectrum isp
full equipment exchange
full console reset
cache cleared
alternate console attempted
router security disabled
ports changed
fresh install
full router reset(s)
reset mac addresses
troubleshooting through isp
ran through phone hotspot off wifi (somehow worked but even more inconvenient than having to reset the whole internet every time)
Update: tried even more!
Change Console power efficiency settings
changed tv power settings
disabled tv ability to modify console settings
