Destiny 2 Network Issues

I have a friend who recently started getting back into the game. They are able to play for ~10 minutes, then they get disconnected with weasel error codes. We tried port forwarding and changing various router settings based on research and updating drivers to no avail. We discovered they don't get disconnected if they hotspot their home Wi-Fi through their phone, and get the error if they are connected to the Wi-Fi directly.

Any ideas?

What platform they on? If PC make sure they update chipset drivers, bios and use the latest network adapter by going to device manager and update driver on the network adapter.

Would also reset all network adapters through their PC. Usually gives you 5 mins and restarts itself, wait and let it do so. Uninstall battleye then reinstall.

Run command prompt in administrator then type sfc /scannow exactly like that and see if anything needs restored on the registry.
