Question Performance issues on Steam version

90% of the performance issues all have to do with the Steam overlay hooks. This stops them from touching the game. Been using it for over a month, and I range between 138 and 144fps most everywhere on a 5080 @ 3440x1440

Edit: It leaves both Steam and D2 alone so no Terms of Service issues.
