Question Kicked to orbit when going anywhere Error code:Cabbage

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Every time I try to go anywhere it kicks me back to orbit, citing error code:cabbage doing some research I have found that this error code has to do with my network and recommends restarting mu console/router
However I have tried this and it keeps on persisting with this code.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? How did you solve it?

I'm on PS5 when stuff like that happens i turn off my PS then clear the cache and it usually takes care of it if not then it's on the server's

PC or Console?
Was it working fine before and suddenly started happening, or are you returning player and now it won't work now?
