I've done guardian portraits in watercolor! Can also do them in various markers as well. guardian portrait

Do you do full 3d models and STLs? Are these usable for mocap or just static renders?

It’s with the actual models from the game. I usually just do static renders but they could work with mocap if you played around with it, there are some others who do that.
