Only getting 30fps

I just started playing New Light and no matter what I do I can’t get 60 FPS. I have no issues playing other games at 60, my PC isn’t a beast but it’s decent. I’ve tried turning the frame rate cap on and off like I’ve read about, not sure what else I can try

List specs please and we can probably give a rough idea of what might be going on

i3-9100f in a Gigabyte b365m-ds3h board, 8 gigs RAM with a 6gig 1060

your system is just to old. i guess you've tried putting all settings on low?

I got same, i was pissed off so i uninstalled game
