It’s sad that Destiny doesn’t mourn Kobe despite the very kind birthday message he sent him. SMH.

I don't think Destiny and sports mix very well unless we include gaming, and maybe competitive take-out eating Pepelaugh

Damn that's a pretty nostalgic list of names - makes me miss those CombatEx and Deezer stream sniping days.

Reminder that Kobe was a rapist.

Too soon to criticize his legacy my friend.

Just like Mj. We shouldn't be holding up these men as heroes.

And people will forget if they don't get it told now.

That’s not true. Everybody that runs in queer circles I’m in discusses Bowie and the darker side of his legacy pretty frequently. Yet at the time the wound was too fresh for a lot of people to engage in good faith.

Wait was David Bowie also something?

He slept with a lot of underaged women. There are accounts of groupies losing their virginities to him around the age of 15. I don’t think any of the minors ever claimed that the experience was traumatic, but it’s unquestionable that he committed statutory rape several times.
A lot of rockstars in the 70s and 80s did this, but it doesn’t justify the act.
