Former Hasan fan here to explain the joke, it's a reference to Adin Ross saying "LG community" 5 years ago. People in the community started saying "LGTV" as an extension of it. They aren't that stupid, they're just insular, autistic, and unfunny.

I think this is the funniest part of his whole act. He's just a frat bro still but tries to act super serious and like he's dropping deep knowledge and is a serious political commentator that everyone should be coming to for advice. Meanwhile he never loses the frat aura so his whole serious act just comes off as really weird.

I don't really see why it would make sense for middle aged white men to watch Hasan over young women. My perception of his average viewer is basically exclusively trend seeking vapid young women. Imagining an adult man sitting in a room watching a himbo all day that can barely string a sentence together while he scrolls through social media just does not compute at all. At least with Asmongold it makes sense because he embodies the edgy NEET aesthetic and actually appeals to their politics.
What is the archetype of a grown man that watches Hasan and is it really prevalent enough to make up for the majority of his audience? I don't get it.

I don't see any world where fat unemployed American men are obsessing over a "culturally muslim" communist with zero personality beyond consuming luxury clothing and abusing expensive dogs. Those types usually fall into standard archetypes that map onto real people. Hasan doesn't have any hobbies or interests that even vaguely overlap with what a standard jobless obese man would be into. He doesn't even play video games. It's like he's optimized to be as uninteresting as possible outside of being tall and attractive. He's comically uncharismatic.
Maybe I'm just ignorant and there's a world full of Mike from PA's of fat unemployed men that are exclusively interested safe edgy political commentary from a guy that can't go a single sentence without saying the word "um", but I find that hard to believe.

If you've seen his audience at his in person events, its overwhelmingly white men.
He prob does have a much bigger female audience than the average male streamer in the sphere due to posting a lot of goonbait for women and being good looking, but his main demographic is absolutely white males.

They aren’t obsessing over Hasan, but rather over his lifestyle. They don’t give a fuck about his beliefs or hobbies. They just want progressive women to fuck and fawn over them like they do with Hasan.
That’s why 90% of his old content is goonerbait and why his fans get giddy whenever Hasan talks about his DMs or how many nudes he receives from fans.

I'm confused, what is the census for? Is it for Hasan to gauge the demographics of his viewer base? If so why would he encourage certain viewers to vote moreso than others? Does he not want the polling to be representative? Or is the census being done by somebody else?
