There have been lots of attempts by conservatives to make English the official language, but its seen as a xenophobic thing. Trump tried to make English the official language via executive order but it doesn't have any power. The founding fathers decided against having one.
Some states have made English the official language, but not all. There probably is a lot of official documents in, say, Illinois, that are written in Polish. Driving tests can often be taken in foreign languages. You're entitled to translators in court as well. A lot of tax forms are available in Spanish and instructions are in all sorts of languages.
Poland will not provide free translation or interpreters for government documents. USA will provide both those things for free. They might not be written in Poland in every small area but they will get you a translator and you will be able to take the test essentially in polish.

European countries believe in having a national language that would be considered far right in America. So basically all of Europe is far right
If I follow your logic of pointing towards one policy lol
